Eel And Salmon Steak
Hong Kong style cafe is a blend of two cultures. It is a mixture of both traditional Chinese and Western style food. It is a very popular style of restaurant in the San Gabriel Valley area especially for the new generation of Asian folks. Here we have Japanese style cooked eel along side a salmon steak topped on none other than white rice.
Tomato Soup
Most restaurants give you free soup. Tomato soup in this case.
French Fries
You can order curry fish balls or Chinese sides. But if you prefer, there are also American sides too.

Hong Kong style cafe is probably the best option if you want steak but can’t do without the rice. Oh, and the price is very reasonable too. Here in the San Gabriel Valley a steak meal won’t set you back more than 10 dollars most of the times.

This combination is just what I crave for! I might just have to visit your side of the States, any excuse for a good dinner. Cheers.
  • What perfectly comforting winter fare! This is a sort of fusion I would welcome!
