It's a shame I haven't really seen baumkuchen here. I was introduced to it while on holiday in Japan, and am fascinated by it's appearance. Of course, it tastes rather nice too!

Hi Dave, thanks for stopping by my blog earlier and nice to meet you. I've seen the whole process of this cake before through TV and they even have the cake wrapped with an apple in the center.
