Taro Chips
You had potato and corn chips before. Heck, you might have even had apple chips before too. But have you ever eaten taro chips? Yes, they exist but aren’t really popularized in the United States though readily available in most markets throughout Asia.
Taro Chips
The taste is pretty much what you’d except it to be like. Crispy cuts of taro.
It’s a healthier choice compared to potato chips. But unless eating healthy is a really big concern for you, you’d probably be best sticking to potato chips.
Cassava Chips
Other than taro chips, cassava chips is also pretty darn great.

  • When I travelled around Panama I was introduced to Yucca chips. The first bite was kind of salty and odd tasting but like most chips these became addictive. I've eaten Kumara and Durian chips but not cassava nor taro. I'm a big chip fan and these will go onto my list.

  • Any camera can take good pictures. But a good camera with lots of shinny buttons definitely makes the job a whole lot easier.
  • Cassava chips are great! To me, they kind of taste like shrimp chips. Don't know why...
  • Shrimp chips are pretty awesome too. Perhaps, next to an order of Peking duck or fried chicken?
