When I travelled around Panama I was introduced to Yucca chips. The first bite was kind of salty and odd tasting but like most chips these became addictive. I've eaten Kumara and Durian chips but not cassava nor taro. I'm a big chip fan and these will go onto my list.

Any camera can take good pictures. But a good camera with lots of shinny buttons definitely makes the job a whole lot easier.

Shrimp chips are pretty awesome too. Perhaps, next to an order of Peking duck or fried chicken?
